Services provided must be completed during daylight hours. Evening operations are currently offered per current FAA Part 107 law along with additional surcharge.

Low Altitude Services is considered a contractor for hire and reserves the right to refuse project work even if prior agreed upon.  Safe and ethical flight conditions are our priority over revenue 100% of the time.

All payments due following the completion of any project work. All projects are viewed as complete and billable once the client and remote pilot sign off on a work order.
